ATTENTION!
With the recent extension of national social distancing and state wide shelter in place orders, we are no longer accepting returns at this time.
We do this not to inconvenience you, but to keep our staff as safe as possible.
Many other retail businesses are enforcing the same policies and we are doing all that we can to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Starting today and until national quarantine is lifted we will not be accepting ANY returns on products after they have left our store.
No exceptions.
We are also suspending the return and buy back of fish at this time. Again, no exceptions.
So, what should you do with a PRODUCT that needs to be returned?
- DO NOT BRING ITEM IN STORE. We ask that you please inform us on your next visit or give us a call and we will make notation in your customer file.
- You will still be given the opportunity to return your item for credit/refund!
We are not leaving you hanging. After quarantine is lifted, you will have 15 days to return your item for reimbursement. We will announce when this window of returns opens and when it will be closing.
What should you do with a DECEASED FISH that needs to be returned?
- DO NOT BRING FISH IN STORE. We ask that you take a photo of the deceased fish and bring that photo in with a water sample and receipt. From there we can issue credit.
What should you do with a FISH that you would like us to BUY BACK?
- We currently are putting ANY buybacks or donations of fish on hold. We will let everyone know as soon as we are able to buyback fish again.
- WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY FISH THAT ARE BROUGHT IN.
